Use of the local alpha

The Mac library automatically reads standard local session locations. Use it only with material you are authorized to access. Its Key-based transfer screens are a preview and do not upload, download or charge you. Advanced CLI file operations should first be tested on isolated copies, with the source, destination and compatibility report checked before import.

Storage formats and agent behavior can change. Only explicitly supported formats should be imported, and native desktop continuation is not currently certified across computers. The alpha is not a backup service and does not provide a guarantee that every conversation can be restored.

What does not transfer

A conversation package does not transfer your model subscription, running processes, approvals, or account access. Prepare the project files and agent account separately. CLI handoff prepares material for a new conversation; it does not open that conversation automatically or promise the same output or hidden state as the original agent.

Planned hosted price

The proposed service is $9.90 per batch, up to 20 sessions and a 500 MB encrypted package, with seven days to download after upload completes and free retries on the same receiving device. This is a planned offering, not an active checkout. No payment is requested by this website.

Final purchase terms, taxes, refund handling, operator identity, and payment support details will be supplied before paid launch. The local alpha is not an advance purchase or a promise of a launch date.

Independent software

Session Transfer is an independent product. The project is not affiliated with or endorsed by OpenAI or Anthropic. Those services’ own accounts, availability, terms, and permissions continue to apply when you use their agents.
